We run bread-making courses, in our farm-house kitchen, teaching you to make your own bread with organically grown grains, some of which we mill ourselves to obtain maximum flavour and nutrition.

The Beginners Bread-making Course is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience and who require a little extra guidance.
It is a one morning course and the next Beginners Courses will be held on Saturday 3rd March. Cost £65.00.

We also offer courses as a follow-on from the Beginners Course, which are suitable for those with additional experience too.

Our Introduction to Sourdoughs is a full day course and will give you an insight into the fascinating world of Sourdough bread. We will help you to make up your own starters and guide you to make your own bread using the wild yeast around us. The next courses will be held on Friday 17th February 2012. Cost £105.00 including lunch.

Our French Bread-making Course will give you a flavour of French baking. It is a morning course and the next courses will be held on Saturday 4th February 2012. Cost £70.00.

Our morning couses begin at 9.30am and run through to about 1.30pm The full day courses begin at 9.30am and run through to about 5.00pm
