Bakery
Our freshly baked bread is made in small batches using traditional methods and locally milled flour from wheat grown without the use of chemicals. We use only the simplest of ingredients including local honey.
Our bread is available with your Shared Harvest box and also from the local farmers markets that we support.

Breadmaking Courses
We offer courses baking in our farmhouse kitchen where you can come and learn to make delicious bread, “the staff of life”. Courses are taught by Michael Gardner, an experienced baker, and will guide you to making your own bread with the purest of ingredients and without the unnecessary addition of anything else.
Courses are available both for beginners and for those with more experience and can be tailored for specific requests.
- Whole Morning Course : £40 for a morning’s baking. This will give you a good introduction to bread-making, or alternatively, for those with some experience, a good opportunity to improve your skills. The price includes all the ingredients and the end-results that you get to take home with you!
