Flours

For our breadmaking and baking, we particularly like the exceptional flours produced by Shipton Mill on the banks of the River Avon in Gloucestershire. We run breadmaking courses to help you learn this simplest and most wonderful of processes. The best bread is made using either fresh yeast or natural yeast from the flours (sourdough) and we now have fresh yeast available for delivery.
