Sugars and Syrups
Processed sugar is not good for us like the natural sugars from fruit, but its use is sometimes necessary! We have selected un-refined sugars with minimal processing. Maple syrup is a good natural alternative and is delicious on porridge, pancakes and ice-cream!.
